POLICY LETTER
CLASSES WILL BEGIN TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 6th, 2011.
1. Payments must be made by the 1st of each month. Payments made after the 10th of each month must include a late charge of $20.00. If the late charge is not included in your payment it will accumulate on a month to month basis. You may deliver your payment in person, send it with your child or mail it to Tammy's Dance Co. 921 Shadow Dr. Lakeland, Florida 33809.
2. Tuition may be paid in the following manner:
A. One payment for the entire year.
B. Ten monthly payments, September through June, due by the 1st of each month.
Tuition is based on a yearly fee. If you pay by the month, the fees are on a ten month basis. If you pay by the month you are paying 1/10 of the total cost each month and not for the number of classes taken that month.
TUITION FEE SCHEDULE
1 class per week - $450.00 for fall 1/10 = $45.00 monthly
2 classes per week - $650.00 for fall 1/10 = $65.00 monthly
3 classes per week - $800.00 for fall 1/10 = $80.00 monthly
4 classes per week - $900.00 for fall 1/10 = $90.00 monthly
5 classes per week - $950.00 for fall 1/10 = $95.00 monthly
Any student withdrawing from class and returning at a later date will be required to pay a reinstatement fee equal to one month's tuition. Any student withdrawing in the middle of a month will owe the entire month's fee, not for the number of classes attended.
3. Classes missed can be made up by attending another class of the same style of dance(Beg. Ballet may attend Int. Ballet). Please check with your teacher after an absence to schedule a make up class. There will be NO reduction in tuition and NO refunds for classes missed.
4. The studio is open from September to June with special workshop classes
during the summer. We will be closed on the following dates:

November 21- 26(Mon.- Sat.) February 20(Mon.)
December 1(Thurs.) March12-16(Mon.-Fri.)
December 19(Mon.) - January 2(Mon.) April 6(Fri.)
January16(Mon.) May 28(Mon.)

5. Dancers should be properly dressed for class. Requirements for class are:
Ballet: Hair - no bangs buns always, pink tights, black leotard, pink ballet shoes (We highly recommend Capezio shoes.)
Tap: Hair - bun, braid or ponytail, tan, black, or pink tights, any dance wear,(no bathing suits), tan tap shoes
Jazz/ Contemporary: Hair - bun, braid, or ponytail, tan, black, or pink tights, any dance wear, (no bathing suits),
tan jazz shoes
Hip hop: Hair - bun, braid, or ponytail, any dance wear or loose fitting clothing, dance sneakers
Acro or Tumbling: Hair - bun, braid, or ponytail, tan, black, or pink transition tights, any dance wear, (no bathing suits), no shoes
Clog: Hair - bun, braid or ponytail, tan, black, or pink tights, any dance wear or loose fitting clothing,white clogging shoes
Musical Theatre: Hair - bun, braid or ponytail, dance wear, tan jazz shoes
Combo: Hair - bun, braid, or ponytail, any dance wear,(no bathing suits), pink ballet shoes and tan tap shoes
It is mandatory that all students arrive on time for all classes in proper attire with their hair worn appropriately. If any student does not have proper attire and hair the student will not be permitted to take class. You can't practice baseball without a ball, glove and bat, you can't practice dance without proper clothing and shoes.
6. YEARLY RECITAL -NORTH

RECITAL FEE: $30.00 PER FAMILY (includes 4 tickets)
COSTUME FEE: Combo classes $55.00/ after December $65.00
All other classes $65.00/ after December $75.00
All Recital Fee and costume money is due by DECEMBER 10TH.

9.Dropping and Adding- There is a form to be completed and signed by an adult before any student is able to attend additional classes or be removed from any class in which they are participating.
10. The studio is NOT a daycare you may arrive 15 MINUTES early to your class. Students MUST be picked up within 15 MINUTES of the class finishing time. Anything exceeding the time limits will be charged $1.00 per minute. This applies to all students unless other arrangements have been made with Tammy.
